Crons Achievers Stakeholders
The Crons Achievers Program is a true team effort involving district staff, school administrators, teachers, parents, students and the community. Each group plays a vital role in the success of the program and, ultimately, the success of all participants who are learning how to set and achieve goals.

School districts can use the Crons Achievers program and its goal-centric philosophy to motivate young people and help them reach their potential. The Crons Achievers Program supplements other curriculum initiatives for overall student achievement and welfare. District-level buy-in is critical to ensure that other stakeholders can successfully implement the program.

The school administrative staff can greatly enhance the program by supporting its objectives and providing logistical support in scheduling. School administration is responsible for program implementation, and over time, a successful program will help yield better results for academic and other performance metrics at the school.

Instructors/teachers hold the second most important role in the entire program. Their enthusiasm will, as usual, be a critical factor in the success of the program. Teachers will see students achieve more and develop a greater sense of confidence about reaching their goals across all curricula.

Students are the most important people in the entire program! They can change their lives by actively setting goals and learning to implement the program's goal-oriented philosophy.

Parents will be informed of program elements, strategies and objectives. They are encouraged to provide at-home reinforcement for the Crons Achievers mentality of goal setting and achievement.

The community will benefit from the implementation of the Crons Achievers Program, which fosters a mentality directed toward positive community involvement for students.
